I was told I had warranty and was told till the very end I needed to pay $25 to replace my tire and it took way too long just to get a tire replaced. Also, my rims were slightly damaged from the same side my tire was being replaced from.

I have nothing to say about Oscar. He was helpful through the short period of time my car was there. Until I told him I wanted to remove it from this dealership due to the treatment I received from management (Michael) when I asked Oscar to please bring my car out front so a tow truck can pick it up it up his response was “I’ll see what I can do” this location was my go to for any service my car needed. It is safe to say I will never be returning to this establishment.
