There seemed to be a lack of communication between departments leading to a period of time in which I believed my car to be missing. I was told several times that I would be getting a call back by several different people, none of which called me back. When I called back and expressed my concern I was treated like I had done something wrong. Only one of the issues I came for was solved because I wasn’t able to film the problem occurring, a dangerous request. I do not feel comfortable filming while driving nor can I predict and film in time to catch the issue occurring in the moment. I have previously had good experiences here but do not see myself returning in the future.

Manny was great but the excessive wait to even have someone come to my car (20 minutes this time) and let me check in was excessive. There were cars being serviced before me even though I showed up before them. I understand the queue and assignment system you all have set up (Manny explained it to me) but it doesn’t seem to be very equitable or effective. This is the second time I’ve experienced excessive waits just to get serviced despite having an appointment. Please consider reevaluating your processes and procedures!

The light was still on! The mechanic was on a rush and forgot to reset the light. I call the service if someone can help to guide me to reset. She advice to bring the car to service and they will do it. Double check your job! Time is impotant and gas is expensive just to go back
