The communication is not there. I waited for my car for 2 hours before I checked to see if it was ready, just to find out it had been ready for 30 minutes without notice. Also I was sent a text with other services needed, I checked off on these items to be completed just to find out none of the work was done. My time was wasted and needed services that your technician provided were not done leaving me to have to make another service appointment to get this work done which can compromise the car

I went in to do my service on Saturday. The
Representative who helped me was Michael Barr. When I went to pick up my car after the service was done, he told me my car was parked right out in the front and gave me my keys. I went out to the front of the parking lot walked around kept beeping the alarm to see if I could find my car and I could not find it. I went back to let him know that I couldn’t find my car. He said it’s right out front. I said no it’s not. He said he would help me in a minute turned his back on me and continued doing what he’s doing. There was another representative there. I did not get her name who said she would help me instead, she got up, went to the front of the parking lot set off the alarm to my car and we still could not find it. She went around to the back of the parking lot all the way to the side and finally found my vehicle and brought it to me. I think Mr. Barr was very rude and not concerned that I could not find my vehicle. They always say it’s out in front and you have to walk around the parking lot in order to find it. I think all representative should walk you to where your car is at because sometimes you just cannot find it and you’re left there walking around the whole parking lot without a clue as to where it’s parked at. They always say the car is out front but never give you a clear direction as to where it is actually Parked. Mr. Barr could’ve been done a better job. I wish I would’ve gotten the ladies name who helped me. She was very kind and patient. She went the extra mile to make sure that I found my car.
