One seems to know what they are doing in terms of how to help the customers : example I was told to go 3 different places to pick up my car and the advisor waived me off since he was walking off and taking a phone call . Extremely unprofessional. No one really in charge to restore order . I was extremely upset and dissapointed . I normally go to Scott Robinson in Orange but decided to give you guys a chance since I bought my car here . Upon check out I was never updated on the defective seals on my car nor the outcome of the inspections or the expected repair estimated date . I hope you can take this constructive criticism and use it as a training tool to help the staff understand the needs from the customer expectations point of view . Thank you
