I just one suggestion, I bought a battery for my 2005 Honda Civic at parts department few months ago also the battery has a sticker with 07/21 date, well the thing is by the time you don't have in stock so anyhow I bought and paid there at Cerritos Honda and I got a paper to picked up at Honda World Downey, so I was advises that anything or any problem with the battery I got to claim it at Cerritos Honda. So today I was there with the battery at parts department so they didn't take care and just told me that I had to go through service department for warranty, as I didn't brought the receipt and with my phone number didn't find any record about my buy. I went to service and the same history so I had to take back home the battery to put it back in my Civic and jump it in order to charge it cos was totally dead.

It happened an hour later, but the air system's fan started making a whirring sound that hasn't happened before until after I had the maintenance check today. It happened when I turned my car on afterwards.
Manny was friendly and was a great representative, but I'll have to go in tomorrow to see what's wrong with my fan now.

I got one text update stating that it was taking longer than expected. I tried to get confirmation via text and phone if my vehicle would be ready by 6pm. When I called, the person stated that if I wanted my car that night, I would leave because they closed at 6 and that This was after I was told that they didn’t have any status of my vehicle. When I arrived, I watched my car get brought forward to be parked in the front. The 2 people that drove it, gunned it through to the parking lot. The gentleman that helped me were polite and helpful but the lack of updates should be improved on.
