5 hr wait for maintenance that’s ridiculous. What’s the point of scheduling appointment? If I could, I would go somewhere else.

I had my tire change and i came on time for my appointment. Took me 3.5 hrs of waiting. After 3 hrs i went to the shop and nobody’s workung on my car. Only 2 were finished. I went to Steve and told him how come it took so long? He checked and they finished after 20 minutes. I was an hour late to work.i didn’t wait that ling when i had it change 2 years ago.
