I went in to do a service yesterday I went in at 3 PM to do a simple oil change and tire rotation after waiting two hours and 30 minutes I drove home only to find out that they didn’t do the service.

Service representative was great. What I was not satisfied was that even though I had an appointment for an oil change which previously took about an hour...on this occasion I was thg old would take 3 hours. After waiting for 90min. I spoke to the service manager...took 2 hes for oil chsngecservice. The waiting lines for car service were too long...just before leaving counted 22 cars....not including that ones already inside... told manager they needed thg o stop over scheduling and she just kept making the silliest excuses...not credible at all. 10 years thg his is the first time the wait schedule was ridiculous and that's also because I men thg ironed the manager if was aware COVID INFECTION AND I AM 70 YEARS OL. People wait thg ing I counted around 17 which before it would only be around 9. Hope you can do something....3 hrs. Oil change!!!
