Ruben had promised me a service delivery time between 12:00-1:00 pm. I had dropped off my car around 8:50 and only received one text notification telling me they will let me know when the car is ready. After that he never sent me a follow up to update me on the status. I had to call and ask for the status of my car around 12:30. Someone other than Ruben told me my car will be ready at 1:30. I got to the store and it wasn’t ready, not till 2
