Miguel, it is the first time visiting Honda Cerritos in more than 20 years that my needs were not met. I specifically told you that my service minder for A service was on. I needed and oil change and nothing else. I reiterated that twice and told you I had the coupon for the oil change that is always offered on your website for the service department. You were made aware that I did not want any extras or added services for the oil change. You did not listen, and went ahead and added service A1 that includes more extras and ultimately costing more money. You did not fulfill my request or my needs and you totally upsell the array of services you provide. I am very dissatisfied that I was not heard and you completely dismissed my concerns.

My appointment is at 1pm for a tire check. I checked in at 1230. I got a car back at 430pm. It was way too long. I noticed you have one machine to do all customers tire. Please add more tire machine to increase efficiency and reduce wait time. If the wait time is still long, it will effect my decision to buy tires next time.
