I got my service done on Tuesday December 28 and when I got home I heard a hissing noise coming from the wheels . I went in today and got the hub caps fixed and when I drove home and one of them came off as I drove home on the free way. I had to come back in and I got it “ fixed “ and I still hear the same noise. I am not satisfied at all, and it’s annoying I’ll have to come in again. 3 days in a row..

The wait was 3 hours long for an oil change to later find out they found a leak but we’re not able to check it for me for whatever reason they said I had to make another appointment to get a diagnostic on it. I find it ridiculous that after 3 hours they weren’t able to tell me why there is a leak.

Worst experience so far. I had to wait over 4 hours for an oil change. I got to Honda at 1230 and waited 30 minutes to get checked in. At 1 I was told my car would be ready at 415 and Ramiro was upset that i didnt want to do the b12. 415 came so i went to check how much longer and my car was barely being driven into the service area. My car was ready after 445 and when i went to get my car i was told to go stand in the freezing cold and wait for Ramiro. They looked all over for him and could not find him. I went to speak to someone else and told them i needed help. They told me to wait and they didnt even bother to ask how my experience was they just got my receipt and didnt even go over the diagnostics of my car. I ended up leaving the location at 5. Again very dissapointing and I feel that i was made to wait that long on purpose because i could not pay for the $120 for the b12. Other drivers that were there left way before i did.
