The fact that I had an appointment and my oil change took exactly 3 hours is ridiculous. The service advisors or techs didn’t even tell me my car was ready. I had to get up and ask on the 3rd hour to get an update on the status of my car’s oil change. Whats the point to even making an appointment if its going to take 3 hours for a simple oil change? When I purchased my car in November 2020 I was promised 3 free oil changes. I asked for this in writing from the internet sales manager, Christian, and he declined my request and assured me this would come up in your system. I was only able to take advantage of 1 free oil change because its nearly impossible to get an appointment on a Saturday. I was never told I had to use the free oil changes within 1 year of purchase so I had to pay even after explaining the whole situation to the older female service advisor. I left work early, drove an hour to use the “free” oil changes I had left and for what? To have to pay. I could have just gone to my nearest Honda dealership to have gotten my oil change but instead I drove all the way out of my way to Cerritos for absolutely no reason. I will never be taking my car back to this dealership again.

the mechanics don't reset the oil gage it says 30%it should say 100% other wise it was all good thanks

My service advisor was great. But I was not impressed with how the gentlemen that drive the cars in and out for service conducted themselves. They drive the cars too fast and some don’t wear their masks completely over their noses. I observed them, about 5 or 6 of them, all taking a “break” outside of the service office and most weren’t wearing a mask and they weren’t pulling cars out. Don’t know if it really was their break time but once in a while one of them would go grab a car and bring it out. I waited over 2 and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation, the longest I’ve ever waited. I understand it was a busy day, but I showed up early to my appointment and was one of the last cars to leave.

Julie was great and especially on providing options and what needed to be done. We did not have the work done that was recommended due to high costs. We are now looking at purchasing a new car. I did mention that would have been nice to have her refer or have a salesperson speak with me.

Wait time was estimated 2.5 to 3 hours max, took 3.5 before I had to call myself to find out that the car was ready. Need to stop overbooking if can’t stick to the commitments already scheduled.
