I received the receipt with information stating that full synthetic oil at 0w 20 oil was replaced instead of conventional 5w20 which my 2008 element always took. Joseph was nice enough to confirm with the tech that it was the conventional oil. I really hope that is what was used in my vehicle. If there is any problems in the future I will surely bring it back for any repairs that your tech caused to my vehicle by using the wrong oil. I have the receipt to prove it too. I can’t believe a tech would mess the wording up on the receipt. I was also charged for a full synthetic oil change. But joseph was nice enough to refund me $10 which I believe was not enough of a refund. I was disappointed and hope nothing goes wrong with my engine in the near future.
