You did a great job repairing things covered under warranty. Service was great and Steve Mendoza was. Very professional. But This is the 3rd time I have brought my 2021 vehicle to repair items covered under warranty. This shouldn’t be happening. yes I am disappointed in Honda.

Very long line to get my car checked in. Appointment was set for 8:40am. Took 55 minutes to drive up the 30 foot driveway to get my car checked in.
I was told 3 hours to change my oil and rotate my tires on top of the 55 minute wait.
Only took 90 minutes.
