John was nice but the lack of communication was very disappointing. I was told about three days for the work on my car to be completed only after I asked a few days before the appointment to ask if my car seats should be removed. My car was dropped off before 9am on Monday and it wasn’t ready for pick up until 1622 on Friday. I had to initiate all communication and wasn’t given a heads up that three days of work would turn into over five.

Tony Lagos was very dismissive when I brought my car in on 10/18/25 and then my fiance took it in again on 10/23/2025. I had mentioned that my brakes were squeaking during the first visit and he tried to explain to me that when you back up from the driveway in the morning it can sometimes make noise without listening to any my concerns regarding the brakes. That is when I told him that the squeaking happens when I am driving up to a stop sign. He stated that he could have it tested. I also mentioned to him that my AC smelled like mildew. He said that he could do an AC disinfectant and deodorizing service. Once that was done he said that they weren't able to recreate the squeaking from the brakes and that my AC was serviced if there were any issues I could bring it back. I was still having issues with the squeaking of the brakes and the AC still smelled when I would use it. I scheduled an appointment for a weekday since Ashley had previously mentioned that if we wanted to get an AC diagnostic it had to be scheduled on a weekday. It was scheduled for 10/23/2025. My Fiance took the car to the appointment since I had to go to work. When he tried checking in he was told by Tony there was no appointment scheduled although I have an email confirmation for the appointment. He wasn't even checked in for the appointment today. He let Tony know about the AC and brake situation i was having. Tony then asked a mechanic to take the car with my fiance in it. They took around the block for the mechanic to let my fiance know that the back wheels were glazed and would continue to screech. He then let Tony know that I wanted the AC diagnostic ran on my car and instead of checking it in he turned on the AC at full blast. And ran his own diagnostic and let my fiance know that if he were to leave the car to diagnostic he they wouldn't find anything essentially.

I have visited several times for manufacturer-related issues, such as an airbag malfunction, a noise under the steering wheel, loose and unconnected chrome bars at the front of the car, and peeling paint inside the area behind the driver’s side mirror. Each time, I have received attentive service from the staff.
Among them, I was especially impressed by Mr. John’s service. He was very kind and asked detailed questions about the issues, then suggested effective solutions that made me satisfied.
I have always liked the Honda brand, but I used to worry that some dealers might overcharge or make things complicated. However, since I bought my car from Norm Reeves Huntington Beach, I have been completely convinced by their sales and service teams.
That’s why I decided to entrust my car to your dealership with a comprehensive 8-year / 100,000-mile warranty contract.
However, there are still a few issues after the repair — the car had some oil stains and dirt marks inside the cabin, which were not there when I handed it over to the dealer. It would be better to clean the car thoroughly before returning it to the customer. Also, if possible, please wash the car both inside and out before delivery — especially for customers with long-term warranty contracts, who deserve special care.
