Benito Torres is very nice. He clearly explained which service my car needed and got it going quickly. The team works faster this time. I normally have to wait almost 3 hours just for an oil change, but this time it only took about an hour, which impressed me. I hope I get the same experience again in the future. To me, Norm Reeves in Huntington Beach is the superstore — you guys are way better than the Cerritos store; their service and advisors sucked.
