Had an early morning emergency with wife’s car, and took it over to you guys before she went to work. She basically had 45 minute window. I communicated to Edwardo, and he said he would look at it but needs 20-30 minutes. I was out of there in 30 minutes… no charge, and wife got to work at time.

We've been to both your service departments both in Huntington Beach and Cerritos (we have two Hondas). Based on our experience, the care and personalization of the visit is much better in Huntington Beach. This comes from experience with both our visit and from calls made to both stores to determine when we should bring the car in for its first visit. Our Pilot will most likely be coming back here, even though it's a further drive.
