On 12/4/25, I brought my 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid in for a recall. I had a 10:15 appt and did not leave until two hours later with a loaner car. The recall was fixed but I was told my honda android was wiped out by Norm Reeves Honda wifi. I returned the loaner the next day and had to reset several areas that I had already setup. Very frustrating!!
Alex Alamanzar did a fantastic job and tried everything possible to fix the problem. I dread ever having to bring my car in for recalls, service, etc. How can this happen? Norm Reeves Honda dropped the ball on this one! Dorothy N
