Viviana did a great job, she kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I was impressed when she returned my call on the previous day to make my appointment, I believe she was on her own time when she called. Tony was great to work with. My displeasure was that a $650 repair was done 80 miles earlier that was supposed to fix the problem. The previous analysis was wrong and expensive. I won't know until I put some miles on whether the fix is correct
