The service advisors are nice enough, but they seem to struggle with phone numbers, access to service history,and the intake process. Nothing that would stop me from coming back though.

I had to make several calls to get the details on my battery warranty. I left 3 messages with 3 different service advisors and none of them called me back. This was extremely frustrating and it’s ridiculous that I had to make several calls to get assistance. John was nice and helpful and my battery was replaced quickly, but the rest of my experience was very annoying.

The first time I took my Honda Civic into Norm Reeves Honda, Huntington Beach I was greeted by John Le, one of the Service Managers who I was impressed with immediately. John was extremely professional, courteous and very caring!
It has now been over 3 years and I still take my car to John for routine check ups, oil changes & tires.
No matter when I call John or show up unannounced to Norm Reeves HB, John always provides me with the same excellent service experience from the very first day I met him.
This type of consistent service is wonderful to experience these days!
I don’t know if you train all of your Sales Managers the way you did John (because he is the only one I go too) but my recommendation is that you use John as a role model!!
