John was concise and very helpful in explaining what might have caused the battery issue with my car. He made sure other side issues were also checked. I will definitely be using your service department again as needed.

I had to make several calls to get the details on my battery warranty. I left 3 messages with 3 different service advisors and none of them called me back. This was extremely frustrating and it’s ridiculous that I had to make several calls to get assistance. John was nice and helpful and my battery was replaced quickly, but the rest of my experience was very annoying.
