I am grateful for being able to have Gerardo as my service advisor. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and the issue I am having with my vehicle. He was honest and forthcoming about the repairs and what needed to be done. I have worked with other Honda dealerships due to the many Hondas I’ve owned. I must say that NONE of those service departments compare to the experience I had with HB Honda and I will bring my car here for service every time!

Great experience

I dropped my car off Thursday evening for a 7:15 appointment on Friday to service recall concerns with the automatic start. Spoke to the service advisor at 9:30 Friday morning to go over what needed to be worked on. I okayed the work and said I would be leaving it with them until Monday so there would be plenty of time to work on the repairs. Fast forward to Monday I received a text in the morning telling me my car would not be available until 2 pm. I said that will not work I need my vehicle and will be there at 11 am to pick it up since it has been there since Friday for the repairs to be done. Was told ok. I arrived at 10:45 to check in with my service advisor to be told my car isn’t ready. I then am checked out and wait an hour until 12:10 for my vehicle to be pulled up. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. To have to wait, when I gave the courtesy of time to work on my vehicle was very unprofessional. Just becauseI wasn’t picking up my car the same day as my appointment doesn’t mean it’s moved to the back of the pack. After doing business with Norm Reeves for the last 5 vehicles my family has purchased, I expect better from you and believe you should expect better of yourself. I would be happy to speak with the service manager to discuss this further.
