I had a major service on 3/18/23. I noticed after that my ac wasn’t working as it should. Benito took personal responsibility for this and I came in and there was something not attached. He got this fixed in less than 10 minutes. Benito had always been a great trusted service advisor! He is honest and has great integrity! Norm Reeves you are very lucky to have him in your employ!!! I brought my car in at 8:45 in the morning for a scheduled service to have new tires put on. I was told it would take a couple of hours. I did not receive any communication from Richard until over 4 hours later. He sent me a confusing text saying they were backed up that day but my car should be ready by the end of the day. I immediately called the service desk and Richard answered. I told him I was very confused and that I needed my car back by 4pm because I was hosting friends at my home at 4:30 and I also could not leave my car over night because I had plans the following day. He told me he thought the service tech working on my car had gone to lunch but he would try and find him and then call me back. Over an hour passed and I heard nothing. I then texted him and asked what vegas going on with my car. I waited again and then he finally responded with another confusing text, saying he went to look for the service text but couldn't find him and my car only had three tires and there was an issue with one of them but a new tire should arrive by 3pm and my car would then be ready by 4pm, was that fine. I was so confused, because the tires had been ordered the weekend before and I did not understand how a new tire could be ordered that day and arrive by the afternoon. I texted him back to please call me. Nothing. I then called the service desk and no one answered. I waited another 30 or so minutes and called again and left a message. Finally Ri hard called me back. Again, he was completely unclear in relaying me information. He basically said something was wrong with one of the tires and they were waiting on a new one to be delivered but it didn't look like it would arrive by 4pm to fit with my schedule so I could just come pick my car up with the old tires back on. So basically, he had known either before the day of my appointment or early in the day that one of my tires was not there. Instead of letting me know the day before of first thing in the morning so I could reschedule my appointment, I was allowed to bring my car in. It was a complet and utter waste of my day made yen times worse by Richard's horrible communication skills and failure to keep track of what's happening with customers vehicles. I will not be returning with my car. I'd rather make the drive to Tustin Acura. Despite the distance, they're prompt with service and call with regular updates.
