Richard was terrific! However on the main issue I was bringing my CRV
In for I had called the service department & let them know I was having an issue with the info-tainment system. They said I have to do a factory reset before I come in. So I did. When I arrived Richard said since I did that now any error codes would be deleted. Now if it happens again I have to make another appointment & come back. Most inconvenient.
But Richard was great. Not his fault.
