Big issue at other places where we got the Pilot serviced was a sloppy job cleaning excess accumulated oil on the underside when the oil was drained. This created a mess in our garage floor. Your technicians have been careful to clean the underside before turning the car over as completed. This is why I have been bringing my two Hondas here to Norm Reeves Huntington Beach.
