I was satisfied with everything except for the lack of replies from the voicemail I left, and text message I replied to with a question. I’m still waiting to hear from a new voicemail I left yesterday. It seems on the Service Dept. phone options I could get a hold of somebody if I pressed 2 to make an appointment, but not 1 to talk about about a current job. Choosing 1 just took me to a voicemail.
Also, you should re-record the general answering message customers get at first. It’s not loud enough or confident sounding. It doesn’t match the great products and services your company provides.
