I have had so much trouble with the maintenance plans on my Honda vehicles. This is our third leased Honda from you folks and on all three there have been wrong booklets sent and now today I was told my plan had been cancelled even though I have been paying for it every month. While you were able to fix the problem, it is very frustrating.
We are preparing to buy a fourth vehicle this week and I’m not sure I am confident in buying it there.

Allan, and the tech were so accommodating to my situation. My family and I were on a family road trip to Tennessee and ran over a large bolt. It was almost 545pm when I called to see if they could help since it was just over an hour before closing time. They got the car in, tire plugged and me back on my way to pick my family up from where they were waiting for me to return. We made it to our destination safely and still on time because of their understanding. Thank you so much!
