It was a good customer service overall. However, there was a conflict with my appointment. Seems to me that there is a communication gap between Service and Scheduling. My appointment initially came with a car loaner. I was advised by Allan that the loaner wasn't included in the type of appointment service I had which contradict to what the scheduling department said. Luckily, I only had to wait for 1 hr. Had it taken longer that that, it would be very disappointing. I feel that there is a training issue as far as what qualify a car loaner or not. Anyway, it was a satisfactory experience.

Allan is top notch. Really appreciate him. As far as service and the Kenosha Honda folks, hate going anywhere else. I travel a lot in my job. Sometimes have no choice to be served by other dealers. The Honda dealership in Milford Connecticut is like going to “Goobers garage”. The last Honda dealer I went to in Pennsylvania was totally rude and didn’t rotate my tires, even thought they charged me for it.
