I was not satisfied with service at all. I was charged for a diagnostic which i have never been charged by honda for that before. They were price gouging me for repairs. They also said they topped off all the fluids and my window washer reservoir was bone dry. I picked up my vehicle so I can have it repaired at another Honda dealer for half the price Kenosha was asking for. The pin that holds the windshield washer reservoir in tight was broken which it was not like that before, And now my vehicle stalled out on me on the way to the other shop. So i called back to see what was done to the vehicle and told them what was going on and asked how to clear all the codes the computer was throwing only to be told i have to bring it in for them to reset all codes and give me a security code for my radio and that I would be charged. I will never bring my car to Honda of Kenosha again. They lost my business for good. I will most definitely be taking my vehicle else where. To me it seems as if money is way more important to Honda of Kenosha then any type of customer service.

I’ve always had stellar customer service at Honda of Kenosha, until I had to deal with Joe Valenti. I was immediately disappointed in Joe’s dismissal of my concerns regarding my vehicle. It seemed as though he was trying to get me to leave and not have my vehicle serviced. I scheduled an appointment for a brake service because of the squeaking and vibrating that occurred during braking. He told me that my brakes should be fine since my vehicle has only has 18K miles and told me that I could save my money and leave. This was alarming for two reasons: one, my vehicle was not operating properly, and two, this is poor business practice. I’ve always trusted the sales persons and customer service representatives at Honda of Kenosha to give me fair and honest information. His response didn’t seem to honor either of those qualities for me as a customer or Honda as a business. Quite honestly, I got the impression that Joe didn’t take me seriously as a customer because I was a woman; he talked over me when I spoke, asked several questions in a row without waiting for my response, and acted as though I couldn’t understand the complexity of the mechanical components of my vehicle. I was so frustrated dealing with Joe that I called my husband and had him come to the dealership to speak with Joe. Please know that I did not do this because I believe my husband to be more equipped at handling difficult people or more knowledgeable about vehicles, but rather, I did this because I refuse to be treated like a lesser human. Unfortunately, my husband was also unimpressed with Joe’s customer service. Despite several requests, we were not able to speak with a manager regarding our service during our time at the Dealership. Joe told us the manager was unavailable because he was working from home due to COVID. I hope our feedback is a catalyst for change, or we will certainly take our business elsewhere in the future.

This is the worst experience I have had, $205.00 for a lousy oil and filter and a quick inspection yet I got charged for over an hour and a half worth of labor that did not fix anything. Additionally the sloppy tech that did the stupid oil and filter did not even bother to reset the oil life indicator. Absolute Garbage dealer. Honda lost me for good.
