We switched to this Honda service department because of Gina Ruiz. She gives us details on all maintenance and goes over anything we have questions about. She is kind and makes you feel like she has known you forever or is family every time we are in. Even with our masks on, she knew who we were. I can’t say enough good things about her.

I have been displeased with the amount of service related to issues that should have been already handled. When I purchased the car last year everything was checked off as good and in working order.
