Timely communication was extremely lacking! The same issue was serviced on the vehicle one month ago with NO resolve! Vehicle was left at the dealership for 8 hours only to be told it could not be fixed today due a lack of parts and would need to be brought back on another day. First appointment last July took over 5 hours to no avail and today’s appointment took 8 hours with the same outcome. Find it very difficult to believe that it would take 8 hours to diagnose the problem when vehicle was brought in at 7 am! Overall, exceedingly poor customer service!
