Joe is a bit pushy. If I tell a service rep I can't afford some arbitrary "problem" with my vehicle, I can't afford it. Don't try to tell me what kind of money I have in my bank account. Very annoyed with my experience with Joe.

I called to check on my car Joe was gone for the day the service consultant I spoke to was apparently bothered by my call. Spoke to the service manager about it he seemed very upset by what I told him and assured me that they would be spoken to. I’d be convinced if I got a follow up call or a discount for my bad experience I received neither. The next time I need work done on my car I will not automatically choose your location.
