The mechanics did not put the blower motor in mmy car but instead wired it together and my heat still does not blow out the vent . I was mislead. i called and now i have to bring the car back again and try and figure out how to get to work.

There were no service technicians at their desks when I showed up for my appointment, when one showed up she made it seem like it was a **** to check my car in, didn’t wear her mask, and ate her breakfast. When we finished checking my car in, I told her exactly where I’d sit and wait. After the hour passed, I went in to get an idea of how much longer, and it turns out my car was ready and she said she figured I’d just “get the text and come back.” I didn’t receive a text and was confused because I told her exactly where I’d be and yet she didn’t come to let me know my car was done.
