Rodney was very helpful and professional. I was very concerned that none of the service technicians wore masks will working on the vehicles. Joe Valente was wearing a mask that did not fit him and only covered his mouth. It seems irresponsible for a business to not have a strict face mask policy while there is a pandemic. As a nurse, I am very concerned that your staff and customers are being put at risk. I urge Honda of Kenosha to do better.
