Gina could not have been nicer. She explained the part that I needed and showed it to me in person. I am all scheduled to have that part replaced with my service on March 9th. And she was able to get the part covered under warranty which I really appreciated. She went the extra mile. Great job!

I called several weeks ago to set up an appointment to get a new key fob. The part was ordered and I was told I would get a call back when the part came in so an appointment could be set up. I was charged for the part with the credit card I gave over the phone. No one called, I had to call back. I did so. I confirmed the part came in and set up an appointment. When my wife brought the vehicle in, she was asked to produce the receipt for the key fob which was NEVER sent to me in any form I can find. No loaner car available. Took over an hour to mate a key fob to the car. Honda of Kenosha can do better.

My service consultant Rodney Porter very helpful and could not have made my visit to Honda of Kenosha any more pleasant. I spoke with Rodney at length about sending my daughter in to have service on her CRV. She needs road force balancing and a four wheel alignment done. Rodney gave me advice and prices for the service. My concerns are that she would get a technician like S Hammad. When I read the report on my car after service his recommendations were to replace air filter and cabin filter, excessively dirty. I had just replaced both filters 30 days ago. To check the cabin filter you must remove the glove box. Mine was never touched. I would never send my daughter to a Honda dealership that I didn’t trust. My trust was broken when I read the service report. Shame on S Hammad for trying to sell me about $100.00 worth of parts I didn’t need. Trust is hard to earn, but can be easily lost. Charles B
