She did good. I left my cell phone in the car when I dropped it off. I realized it later and ran back out to get it. Found it parked outside and got my phone back. She called me first thing in the morning to make sure it was me who took the phone out. I think that was very nice of her to check on me. She also helped me at checkout time ! Kudus to Gina!!!

I did have to come back after a Tire Rotation, Auto Butler, and Oil Change as it was leaking oil. When I brought it in I was told the gasket on the oil filter was bad so is new filter was put on, the oil spill cleaned up and the oil topped off.
I was not expecting to need to return for this, but glad I was able to catch it before any serious issue occurred. Likewise that it was resolved quickly when I brought the vehicle in.
Although I will now be checking for a leak more frequently to make sure the root cause was corrected.
