The guy that checked me in was a jerk . I just got back from vacation and wanted to wait a week for my oil change but was going to get the tune up done but he insisted I get an oil change too . He told me that I had to get it and I thought it could wait. He said I could not rely on my oil being 40 % . He wanted me to produce my sticker on my last oil change which I could not find I thought that he was rude and did not know anything . Everything else was great but I do not want to come back if I have to deal with him

My vehicle was damaged while at Honda of Kenosha. I didn’t notice until I went to my vehicle. Upon arriving home I called the service provider and had to leave a message. I never received a call back. I subsequently left a voicemail for the service department head. Did not receive a return call. Finally called and asked to speak to service head and explained the situation. Had I not made repeated follow up calls I would have been forced to repair the damage myself. Now my car is going to an auto body shop to have the damage repaired. It’s trivial, but the loaner car I was given gets an ave of 25 mpg. My insight gets over 50 mpg. So now, I’m stuck driving a very fuel inefficient Odyssey 100 miles round trip to work until the repair is done. The vehicle was given to me with less than a quarter of a tank of gas. It’s a shame that this damage was done, but not reported to me. I’ll seriously have to consider whether to continue having my vehicle serviced in Kenosha, or returning to Gurnee where I purchased the vehicle. I’m happy they are working to make it right, but less than thrilled with the process and experience.
