There was a big scratch in my drivers side door that I did not catch until I got home. I have no way of proving it was Honda of Kenosha as I left the dealership without doing a walk around when I picked it up and I am kicking myself for being so stupid. So that is on me. But I am beyond frustrated as this was a new truck to me even though I bought it used from you. Very disappointing that whom ever did it did not just own if and let someone know as the scratch is down to the metal. So now I am working to see if I can buff out the worst of it and now will live with a touch up on the door I use every day. Lesson learned never to leave with out checking. All other work was great and staff was very friendly from Joe my service advisor to the cashier. It was a 5 all the way around until I saw my door. Now, I am not sure I will use the dealership again as that is not the way to do business. But shame on me for not catching before I left the dealer.
