There were 2 mistakes on my invoice.. I discovered these after I left the dealership.. I came back the next morning and showed them the first mistake. It was the price .. I saw the car on your internet site for 22,293.00… and that was the agreed to price with the salesman.. on the actual invoice they charged me 23,293.00 .. I was told that they could not change my contract but they would cut me a check in 3-4 weeks.. then the next day I caught another mistake in the dealer installed options for 499.00.. the addition of the cars price and the total options was incorrect so now I’m owed 1499.00 .. was told they would send me a check for that too.. I would hope I am refunded the taxes on that too. I still have to verify that .. also I didn’t like the fact that the options that were added were mandatory.. this is a used car you would think that these options would be included in the advertised price .. can’t say that I trust your dealership anymore..

Called to schedule appointment for service and both times I asked for a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced and both times I was denied a loaner vehicle. The first time I was told that there were no vehicles available and I would have to take one that was already assigned to another customer per Joe Valente. The second time I was told that the service would be quick so there was no need to have a loaner vehicle. Both times Joe Valente was the service representative I spoke with. I was not impressed with his rudeness and refusal to arrange a loaner vehicle when I requested it twice.
The repair and maintenance of the vehicle has always been excellent.
