Went for a oil change and tire rotation on the service plan I purchased when I bought the car there. They forgot to reset the tire pressure alert light and the metal plate that covers the oil pan was hanging down and dragging on the ground. Looks like they only connected two of the four bolts. I live 20 miles away. So I had to make another trip back totaling 40 extra miles. Cost me more time and fuel expense. Called the service manager, Todd to inform him of my complaint. He said I can come back without an appointment and they'll get me in and out. It took about 20 to 25 minutes to get me in and out.

The problem that I came in with is actually worse now than before. You diagnosed the issue. You made a repair. I paid over $2000 and the problem is worse now than when I came in. You either misdiagnosed the problem or your repair was flawed. Videos of worsened noise emailed to J Valente. Patiently waiting for a return call for next steps.
