There is a tendency among dealerships to squeeze as much money out of the customer as possible. And then there’s the honest way. Rodney chose the honest way and I am thankful and appreciative that he did. Honda of Kenosha separated itself from dealers to the south by treating me with respect. I will be back and recommend Honda of Kenosha, and Rodney.

I haven't received it yet. It would not start AGAIN after not starting last week and had to have it jumped. They checked the battery and said it was good. Drove it for about a week...then it would not turn on or start AGAIN Monday. Even tho it's a 2019 with about 5,500 mi. Luckily I was right across the street at woodmans so I called you guys.. guess you didnt have the resources or someone to come across the street and attempt a jump or look at it so I had it towed the half mile to you. Lost rest of day of work so at around 5 I had a friend come get me cause you didn't have a loaner car available. Haven't heard yet on progress but got an e-mail I will be updated. So I'm borrowing a friends car work while I wait. Hopefully they are replacing or rebuilding or finding whatever is causing this issue. It sure isn't too fun buying a practically new car not knowing if it's going to start when needed while camping, biking, hiking, working, miles away or in the middle of nowhere like I was planning.
