Sam is one of the few service advisors that I actually trust. I really appreciated that as t he took time today to walk me through everything since I still had questions after viewing the links sent via text. He also was able to notify me of a possible refund from Honda on a costly repair related to a recall on my car - I had already spent money fixing the issue and it was very costly!
