My vehicle was misfiring and brought it in for service and thankfully the techs found the issue and repaired the issue, I asked for a full detail and received the vehicle at 80% satisfactory looks on the exterior! Never complained and moved on until we start the vehicle that now has an airbag light on! Told the cashier (Saturday) which replied bring it back Monday! I call Monday and told the soonest they could get the vehicle in was 1.5 weeks!! Mind blown no issue before the head gasket failure but now I have a airbag light! After the appointment I was expected to pay 99.95 fee to look at an issue that never existed before being my vehicle to Lindquist! Thankfully I’m moving to GMC and don’t have to deal with Ford any more or the piss poor product that I have received with this Explorer. I have bought 4 new fords in the last 7 years but now it ends! GMC will be my new vehicle supplier thank you for pushing to find better vehicles!
