transmission had a weird, intermittent sound and techs told me they heard it, but it was “within” specs but would do nothing. taking vehicle elsewhere

I was without a car for a month and a half. More effort should be made to provide a loaner vehicle to the customer. I do not blame Lindquist Ford. I blame Ford Motor Company. They have been aware of the defect in the 2014 Ford Focus since at least 2015. They need to plan ahead and figure out a way to keep their customers coming back for more.
