Michael was fine to work with, but we are so disappointed that it cost $500 to fix a lock on one door. In researching, it sounds as if many other people have complaints about the door lock breaking. This is a safety issue and should be covered under warranty. We are very disappointed in Ford.

When I picked up my truck following the service the backup camera no longer functions. The screen is black and says I need to contact my dealer. I’ve never had a problem with the camera before and now it does not work. I expect that it be diagnosed and repaired at no cost. Was this not noticed by the servicing technician?
