Lindquist Ford ALWAYS does an Excellent job. The team is Courteous, knowledgeable trys their best to accommodate my schedule. My 2011 Ford Ranger XLT was purchased somewhere else BUT has always gone to Lindguist for the Service.

Dustin is the greatest service representative ever. I have been a client of this dealership sim the early 90s and never have had any issues with any of the staff. My Ford Escape has been my favorite car. I don’t want to part with it. I have never been so impressed with a dealership and their service department.everyone is so professional. 5!stars for Dustin and all the staff at Linquist

Dustin was exceptionally friendly and he gave details so I was aware of the timeframe of my wait. The time was even quicker than he expected. The truck was cleaned and vacuumed and I was on my way. Very clean waiting room with plenty of seating.

I came in at 920am for a scheduled oil change. I got my truck back 2 hours later. I was told they had to wait for my filter. Also after i left i noticed my tires werent rotated like were supposed to be. So i had to go back to get it done. The paperwork showed that it was completed so i showed them that it wasnt. The mechanic was at lunch at this point. So they gave me an suv so i could leave my truck until it was completed. I got my truck back at 2pm. Day completely wasted.

I scheduled an appointment to check why my transmission jumps when I put it in drive and also when it downshifts. Dropped off my truck and you called it was ready but your transmission tech was on vacation so I’d have to schedule another time. Why even have someone come in for a transmission issue with no tech to review it? Do you not value other peoples time? Now I need to take time from work to bring my truck back a second time and have to wait over another week. Terrible customer service

Dustin went above and beyond to give me great service. I’m 70 and not married, nor do I have a male friend or a family member to help me on car related things. Over and over again in service situations, companies just won’t give me that extra support that just leaves me not knowing how I’m going to resolve something. Dustin helped line up a rental car for me because my car couldn’t be driven and the chip required would take days if not weeks to ship. Dustin also advised me that I needed a new battery and when he said that I knew he was right and I just had not have it checked and It was way overdue and I was so happy he checked it and kept me from getting stranded. The price was competitive and it was replaced during the days I was waiting for the part to come in. And finally I asked for a favor- to change my expired license plates - that should have been replaced in December but the screws were tight and very rusted and I was afraid I would tear up my hands taking them off so I had them illegally lying in my back car window. Dustin accommodated my request and plate frames and screws looked like new. He worked with me very patiently with impeccable customer service. A+++. You should send this outstanding report to HQ. it takes me forever to text, but Dustin **** and the Dealership deserve the credit. Charlene W

The quality of service was terrible. First of all they said my exhaist system was good and it isn't, It is cracked. My front tires are cupping and no one mentioned it. My oil life percentage wasn't reset and the NEW sticker they gave me stated my service is due for Jan 2021 smdh. I am sick and tired of Ford dealerships piss poor services. I can only imagine if I wasn't a mechanic how wonderful of a job I would have thought Ford was doing. The so called professional technicians from the dealership is almost just as bad as the off brand mechanics around town. I am a very loyal customer when it comes to taking care and maintaining my vehicles. I also called Mr. Noah the day of the issue and the day after and did not get a call back as of today sat Aug 21 2021.

Haley was a very big help and she kept up to date on my vehicle’s status. She’s the best!!

Service was great, and always has been. Really appreciate the service. However, relatively unhappy with the overall durability of the F150. Repairs have been frequent and expensive, and likely has me looking outside of Ford for my next vehicle.
