My experience I had this time is by far better than the last time. If things had went the same way this time as last time I would be a very happy satisfied customer. I have no issues but I received great service this time.

I was without a car for a month and a half. More effort should be made to provide a loaner vehicle to the customer. I do not blame Lindquist Ford. I blame Ford Motor Company. They have been aware of the defect in the 2014 Ford Focus since at least 2015. They need to plan ahead and figure out a way to keep their customers coming back for more.
