We were told we had been contacted and also been told that whoever was the one to contact us couldn’t leave voicemails but that is impossible. No one contacted me or my father at all even though they said they did. They also told us they tried contacting us last week but my car was not even towed there until Thursday 7/8. The only thing I received at all last week was a text about my appointment being scheduled. In my opinion I believe someone did not do their job correctly and someone was covering for them. Also please make sure this never happens to anyone else.I also will be taking my business elsewhere the next time I need service so I do not have to be put through the ringer yet again.

When scheduling I was told it wouldn’t be until 7/15/21. I made arrangements for it to be that long then I received a phone before the end of the work day saying my vehicle was done and I can pick it up. Thank you for the quick fix.
