As part of my service my vehicle was supposed to be washed and it wasn’t. No one said anything until I was leaving and noticed that it hadn’t been washed and came back inside and inquired about it. Then I was told that the spray equipment was broken down so they couldn’t wash it. I understand that but they should have mentioned that when they handed me my keys.
