The I am happy with the outcome of my service, however while my car was at Kia I got very little communication and had an extremely difficult time getting in touch with my representative. When I did get in touch he was very kind and helpful it just was very difficult to be able to actually get in touch in order to get updates.

Christian helped me finance the unexpected bill the day after I received my car back after 5 months for repairs and paying $580 deductible.
