The phone system at Kia Mall of Ga. is a joke. I made several dozen calls trying to get through to the persons I wanted to speak to. The process took almost three weeks. I'm sure part of the problem was Kian corporate.

When I left, my car was worse off and I was not informed. There was a leak in a high pressure hose but at least the AC worked. When I left it no longer worked...
