Good job and good staff

Oil was spilled on engines and driver side front quarter panel and not cleaned up.

Not even two weeks out and its down again.

Jennifer is awesome ! She never steers me wrong when it comes to repairs or needed maintenance! Jennifer is friendly , knowledgeable and easy to talk to !

When I got there it took about 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me. Then Larry Morgan came out and seemed frustrated that he had to be the one to assist me. I told him I was there for an appointment and he just kept trying to check my car in and not listening to me. Then after discussing one of the items I said do you have the rest from my appointment information and again he didn’t care to look it up. I said I called 20 days ago to schedule this appointment what was the point if you aren’t going to look it up? Then I explained the car is making the noise can I drive someone around the parking lot so they can hear it. He said wait in the waiting room and he will try to get someone. After 30 mins of waiting it was clear nothing was going to happen so I got in the car and left. Extremely rude and clear he had no intention of helping or listening to me. Add to that I called and scheduled an appointment and had to wait 20 days for nothing.

Sean was great. Attentive and professional. He provided me with details about my car without being pushy and annoying.

Apparently they had forgotten to program the key fobs for the doors when the ignition cylinder was replaced. Then, it turned out they were not the correct fobs. So replacements were ordered. We rescheduled the appointment for the new fobs- which we had been assured were the correct ones before we scheduled it. Arrived for the second appointment, and after a two hour wait were then told the new new fobs were also incorrect. Third appointment was scheduled a month later, where again we asked if these fobs were correct given the previous experience. We were assured they were the correct ones. Again. Arrived for the third appointment- this time waited for five hours before someone realized I was still there (because the original consultant left) and then was told the fobs were still not the correct ones. And, two weeks as of this writing, no one has contacted me to update me on the where we are with this. This repair has already been paid for and the service has not been completed, has been forgotten multiple times, with little to no communication at any step of the way. And all of this stems from a car break in made possible by a manufacturer’s security weakness that should have been patched long ago. This has been a horrible experience all around, and I would like to get this work finally completed.
